  66. *Commands within Dialogs generally may be accessed by pressing  (Cmd + the first letter of the command name)  for example, in the "Shorthand Keys" dialog, "Add" =  (Cmd-A), "Modify" =  (Cmd-M), etc.

  68. Command Keys are generated by holding down the command key and typing the letter, number or symbol. The shift key is never used to select menu equivalents. For example, Help is Cmd-/ (lower case), although it may appear in the menu as Cmd-? (upper case).
